Damola Olatunji Says Hotel He Bought Is Valued Over N60Million, Plans Pool Side Opening Party
April 21, 2016 – Nollywood Actor Damola Olatunji Says Hotel He Bought Is Valued Over N60Million, Plans Pool Side Opening Party
The Nollywood actor who recently bought a multi million naira hotel in Sango Ota Ogun State has debunked the N60million estimated value as reported in the media.
The actor said Prime Stone Hotel is valued over 60 million naira.
In his words:
I want to express my very sincere appreciation to all my friends, fans and well wishers for all your comments and responses to the news of my foray into hotel management and hospitality business.
While I’m extremely humbled by your show of love and affection, it is also very important for me to clear the air about some misinformation contained in the news going around.
It is not true that I built Prime Stone Hotel and Suits. This is a multiple Star Hotel completed and open to business about 5-years ago until my recent involvement.
Secondly, putting the value of Prime Stone Hotels and Suit at a paltry sum of N60Million is not only unfounded but ridiculous. At no time did I mention or discuss the value of the property with anybody. Not even the land plus equipments in the hotel can be valued at such amount ;a visit to the facility will speak for itself.
My investment in the hospitality business is an innovative approach I call the “3Rs” – Renovate,Re-engineer and Repoition. This will see us take over a number of Premium hotel facility in strategic locations within and even outside Nigeria in the nearest future. What we are offering our esteemed customers is not just an hotel facility but an hospitality and entertainment hub with world class service delivery.
I look forward to hosting you at our maiden Pool side Party for the official reopening coming up shortly. Top class music stars will be on stage to the delight our guest.
Thank you all
