Ladoja’s Son Is Dead: Adebola Killed In Eko Bridge Lagos Car Accident
The former Governor of Oyo state Nigeria is bereaved.
Mr Rasheed Ladoja who governed Oyo State from 2003 to 2006 lost one of his children in a fatal car crash in Lagos yesterday.
The car accident that killed Adebola Ladoja happened on the Eko Bridge in Lagos Island on Thursday.
According to an eye witness, a truck driver lost control of his vehicle and hit the median of the bridge before crashing into Adebola Ladoja’s car.
The deceased was pinned behind the wheels with blood gushing out of his head.
After several hours of no rescue, Adebola Ladoja eventually gave up the ghost.
The son of the former Oyo state governor was inside his Golf Saloon car with plate number AKD 107 CJ en route to Lagos Island when the Daf truck with plate number JJJ 59 XA rammed into his car after hitting the median.
The driver of the truck, Justice Oseghai has been arrested.
The crash happened around 3:45pm on Thursday.
Adebola Ladoja’s corpse has been transferred to Lagos Island Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
