Bureau of National Investigations, BNI has arrested 9 more people in connection to a drug case involving Ghanaian socialite Nayele Ametefe in London.
2 ladies who travelled with Ametefe and 7 others have been arrested in London.
Those arrested were Nana Akua Amponsah, Sadalia Sandra Nuhu, Paa Kwesi Acquah, Sandra’s boyfriend; Mustapha Kilba, a cousin of Akua Amponsah and Faisal Khadar, an American, Abdulla Mustrah, Mouiw Jaafar and Charbel Nasr, all Lebanese, and Mariotto Benard Young, an Indian.
Ghanaian Ministry of Foregin Affairs Deputy Directory, Abiel Ashitey Armah and 2 other government officials have been sued for allegedly assisting Ametefe to transport cocaine drug from Ghana to London.
