Oct 1st – Nigerian Resident Doctors Begin Indefinite Strike Nationwide On October 1st

The National Association of Nigerian Resident Doctors has embarked on an indefinite strike action beginning from today, the 1st of October 2013.

The shocking announcement was made today by the association’s President, Dr Jubril Abdulahi in Kano during a press briefing.

He said the body embarked on the strike because Nigeria’s Federal Government has refused to meet their demands.

What a nice way to celebrate independence!

    There is nothing called independence in this country.
    A country that supply Ghana electricity still battling to get stable supply of power to her citizens.

    What a mess.How can lecturers n doctors go on strike n d govt is not doing anything about it.D truth is bitter but for Nigeria to be better,many bad people will have to die.I mean d bad p dem. Nonsense.

    This is the condition we get when our leaders chose to run d state like a widow’s bar parlor.we cry out for help and they call it d best year of their life and pray it stays so for life.we wait for them to throw out d amount of happiness we should have.I pray that on d last day we will all be able to identify each other before God.Becos am sure someone will loss their life soon if d doctors go on a strike.
