Opinion: Nigerian President Elect Buhari Needs Time To Fulfill His Promises
May 12, 2015 – Opinion: Nigerian President Elect Buhari Needs Time To Fulfill His Promises For Nigeria
The President-Elect General Muhammadu Buhari (GCFN) can not afford to fail because if he does the entire country is doomed for it, this is why we must all rally round him to make sure he succeeds.
GEJ failed largely not because he is not a good man but he set himself up for failure.
Jonathan surrounded himself with incompetent hibernating Judas Iscariots bent on reaping billions of Naira out of the seemingly innocent President by eulogizing him into believing all is well with Nigeria.
Some even compared him with Jesus Christ (MPBABH), the height of deceit I have seen in recent time.
May I at this point in our political journey ask Almighty God to forgive them for they know not what they’re doing, of course he GEJ paid squarely for it.
Secondly PDP took Nigerians for granted on so many fronts, thus employing a politics of divisive tendencies than what unite us as a nation, the hate speeches and calumny which snowball into bitterness drastically reduced PDP party’s popularity and added emotional support for GMB as it were.
Every Nigerian should be proud of whoever candidates he or she supported during the course of this election, this explains why it is democracy, ironically, those who are now expressing their skepticism towards GMB numerous promises never voted for him in the first place.
It is of paramount importance to give GMB time to deliver his promises.
As for me and other like minded Nigerians, we are ready to wait as GMB delivers on those promises.
The change we desire need a bit of time to materialise, of course this plea may not go down well with PDP supporters whose candidates suffered unending humiliation in the hands of APC across board.
Long live GMB! Long live FRN!! Long live me!!!
