Pictured above is a Nigerian-based in India, Mr Sam Nneji Chukwuemeka who was accused of planning to smuggle drug from India to Holland back in August 2011.
The 40-year-old was arrested at an Immigration Detention center in New Delhi on Friday for overstaying in the country and for the drug trafficking offence he committed close to 4 years ago.
Na so India police mumu pass. How can you be looking for him for close to 4 years?
