This is completely stupid assessment, what measurement did they use to come to this conclusion–was it investment, stocks, liquid assets or liability assets. In Nigeria it is hard to determine asset because most people don’t pay taxes or report income earned to the Federal Govt, everything here is based on hearsay not factual.
