Sept 26, 2013 – Wahab Ademola Dawodu Is Dead: Nigeria’s 1st Surveyor Firm Owner Dies At 77
The owner of Demola Dawodu & Associates, Alhaji Wahab Ademola Dawodu is dead.
He passed away on Monday, Sept 16, 2013 after a long battle with an age-related illness.
Popularly known as the first founder of a Surveyor firm in Nigeria, after the success of his Shote Dawodu and co business, he later went on to open now successful Demola Dawodu and Associates firm.
Before his death, he was a visiting lecturer at UNILAG where he lectured on Urban Planning.
He also served at Eko Club as a member of the Board of Trustees.
In his early 70s, Alhaji Dawodu was an ardent swimmer at the prestigious Ikoyi Country Club.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs Bisi Dawodu, five children, two sisters and many grandchildren.
