Bishop Wale Oke Commends Buhari, Says He Is A Tireless Fighter

Tuesday April 14, 2015 – Bishop Wale Oke Commends Buhari, Says He Is A Tireless Fighter

Bishop Wale Oke, the presiding Bishop of Sword of the Spirit Ministries and Christ Life Church, Ibadan commends Presiden-elect Buhari for his passion for Nigeria.

This is what Bishop Wale Oke said about Buhari at his church in Ibadan recently.

“Firstly I must commend the president-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari for being such a rugged and tireless fighter. On three different occasions, he was defeated and never gave up. I think that is quiet commendable. He never gave up because of the passion he has for his father land and this is the result we are seeing today. On assuming office, he should move faster to father the nation. Nigeria needs a man who can bear her burden. He should carry everybody along,”.

“I want to assure the president-elect that the Christian body has never been against his ambition and will never. We have been praying for him and we will continue to pray for him that God should uphold and give him wisdom on how to govern this nation,” Oke said.

He appealed to Gen. Buhari to see the fight against corruption as his first priority.

That is a great, wise, and highly patriotic advice from Bishop Wale Oke. No reasonable and spirited Christian will support six years of failure, mass murder of innocent Nigerian citizens by Boko Haram terrorist, corruption, money laundering operation, mismanagement, fuel subsidy scam of 2012, inflation, bad governance, economic collapse, devaluation of naira, and insecurity experience under failed president Badluck Jonathan. I thank God Almighty for Nigeria people’s determination, perseverance, and their boycott of destructive politics of division and religious that President Jonathan played with some corrupt Nigerian pastors months before the election. And for those pastors, Imans, and other traditional leaders who have received blood and corrupt money at the expense of millions of suffering Nigerian people, they should all asked for God’s forgiveness through our Lord and Redeemer-Christ Jesus and His previous blood. I believe deep down in my heart that General Muhammad Buhari will not fail nor disappoint all Nigerians, but we must all pray for him to succeed through the wisdom of God. The General will not govern Nigeria alone, he will soon appoint some people to certain crucial political offices
to serve the interests of us all. He needs wisdom of God from above in order to discern, pick, and work with like minded Nigerian people that will help him achieve his great plans for Nigerian development, unity, and prosperity. It is our collective responsibilities for all Nigerians (Christians and Muslims) to pray daily for General Buhari, his political appointees, various state governors, and all government officials in other for ordinary Nigerians to partake and benefit from the dividend of our young democracy. Jehovah will help the president-elect to help serve our interests and unites all Nigerian citizens regarding of their culture, faith, language and tribe.
