EFCC Breaks Silence On Fayose’s Detention “We Are Still Interrogating Him”
Ex-Ekiti Governor Ayodele Fayose, who on Tuesday reported at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja in accordance with his promise is still being interrogated by the commission.
Head, Media and Publicity of the EFCC, Mr Wilson Uwujaren disclosed this in a telephone interview with the NAN in Abuja yesterday.
Asked why Fayose was still detained for over 24 hours, Uwujaren said “we are still within range. We are not keeping him but interrogating him.”
Fayose’s tenure as governor ended on Monday, and he had on Saturday, presented “Hand-over Note’’ to his successor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, who was inaugurated on Tuesday.

which families do u mean?what will u say about osun ex gov aregbe who succesfully rigged in another apc gov to cover his tracks.govt that owed salaries and pensions for more than a year.fayose is no saint but opposition is necc in any healthy democracy and shouldnt be silenced.efcc is the judge and the jury..even magu with lots of properties in dubai is still efcc boss till today..banana republic
