June 27, 2015 – Fatal Accident On Benin Ore Road: FRSC Towing Truck Driver Burnt To Death On Benin Ore Edo State After Petrol Tanker Crash
The official towing truck of Edo chapter of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC was involved in a ghastly accident today on the popular Benin-Ore highway in Edo State.
According to Edo FRSC Commander, Susi Familoni, the inferno that burnt the FRSC towing vehicle driver to death was caused by a petrol truck driver who lost control and crashed into the vehicle towing 2 other vehicles on the aforementioned road today.
Familoni told News Agency that the driver has caught fire before help arrived.
He said the N100million towing truck was donated to the agency by the World Bank last year.
Benin Ore road has suddenly become a death trap for travellers. Too many fatal accidents are recorded yearly on that road.

But accident is being cause by human and environmental factor but mostly by human wish is the drivers,am a life witness of accident that occurred at ovia river in benin by 27 of. June 2015,about 7:00hrs in the morning an frsc was called that theirs a crash at ovia river, which the truck get there under 15minutes the traffic was diverted to the second lain,about 2killomiter to the sing or accident sport,frsc men and policeman are on ground controlling Traffics surdingly a tanker failed brake With speed run to frsc me where they are carried out rescue in other to removed the obstruction all the four truck got burned including frsc tow truck but the driver and the assistance are alived .
