So it is annoying to steal plantain from someone’s yard or frontage without permission? Well, put that on the course content in police training programmes. People. Whose homes are “guarded” will tell you that their coconuts fruits, oranges, almonds indeed fruits on trees are generally unsafe from guards guarding their owners’ property.
Usually when complain is made on such behaviors the guard is posted out from that environment and gets off with strong warning. Now it is “Commissioner’s plantain” it should not be different please. Unaccepted as the BEHAVIOUR is, prosecution of the offender is too harsh a punishment. Please reconsider and give an option that will not leave permanent records in punishing this police. Just appealing a beg o?????

Now, what do we call this? Is it that he’s unemployed or have not been receiving salary? Police officers can never be satisfied by anything food and money. God forbid
