This is suspicious because walkie talkie is not like normal phones but is used for a particular purpose. This man is likely conspiring with another person he links up with using the device. This must be investigated thoroughly in the light of the insecurity this nation faces. He is not just walkie talkie all by himself and making” big boy oppressor” to intimidate innocent people; there must be an accomplice out there somewhere.
