Atilade, who is a sister to the immediate past Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ayotunde Phillips, will be 62 in September.

The two sisters are the first and second children respectively of the four children of late Hon. Justice James Williams, who himself was a judge in Lagos State and late Mrs. Henrietta Williams.

  1. It might be a family matter but Lagos is in good hands.
These people are even overqualified for the position

    • It is good you appreciate these two people. They worked through the ranks from their qualifying days and they both qualified in Nigeria. They did not study abroad and to be imposed on the people of Nigeria therefore Nigeria has produced home grown Judges which is a credit to Lagos State. It further gives the younger ones to see that you do not have to leave Nigeria to be something.

  2. U deserve to β€,just β€ truthful then abide i̶̲̥̅̊n appropriate court order.

  3. Congratulations, may the Lord open your wisdom more for the(AMEN).

  4. **** up Lagos ****.
If you are most qualified and serve this ingrate state all your life, they will bring a less qualified Lagosian (oshi, rubbish) and very junior colleague to fill this same position and most other positions all the time. Been the same since the 70’s. “*****”
This is why Nigeria remains ***** up as a country.
Nothing on merit, only tribal, religious, quota or “man no man” ****.
