E be like say yaga no know how to cope with nausea and all those crazy early pregnancy symptoms again.

Yaga is expecting baby #3 close to 3 years after the birth of David, it is kind of tough, feels like am just starting again.

Please ladies, how do you cope with this condition, your inputs will be greatly appreciated. #1st month #1st trimester #e no easy #kudos to all mothers #fada let this cup pass over me

  1. There is no way to avoid it, you just have to find a balance
    I’m a mother 5, I eat spicy food to prevent vomiting.
    In the next 12 weeks, you will feel better. Sorry girl

  2. I can relate with you how you are feeling don’t worry, you will soon get over it.
    There is nothing to do to prevent this condition and it varies from women to women,
    I eat a lot of snack and I eat lots of pepper that was how I managed my 4 pregnancy. Eat less meat and more fish

  3. If you can ask this kind of question, a mother of 2 and going for the 3rd child. What will the first timers, I mean, those pregnant with their first child do?

    You know your body and you know what to do to please your body.

  4. Pregnancy and that’s attached to it comes in different forms. For some the 1st 3months is always not too good, and for some right from the first month to the delivery time they remain normal. Anyway it depends on the body carrying the preg. Its just a matter of time, you will soon get over it.
