Nigerian Politician, Katsina House Of Assembly Speaker Rejects Handshake From Lady

Katsina State House of Assembly speaker has come under fire for allegedly turning down handshake request from a woman.
34-year-old Aliyu Sabiu is now being slammed by social media critics for turning down the request.
The graduate of Usman Dangogo College of Arabic and Islamic studies memorized the whole Quran in SS1.
According to the teachings of Islam, shaking hands (and touching) members of the opposite sex when not related, is not permissible.
Since Aliyu is an Islamic scholar, he does not have the religious freedom to touch a woman he is not related with.

Your religion is worst and the most confuse religion in the whole world, I believe you know that some members of your religion getting married why some doesn’t at all, some goes to Rome while some goes to Jerusalem when is never stated in your book that you should go there but u r copying Islam, some goes to church on Saturday(7day Adventist),some on Sunday,while some doesn’t even go to Church all e.g (Jehovah witness). Some will say Jesus is God, some will say son of God,while some will say prophet of God.Please find solutions to all this your religion problems before talking about others.

Is this a true story ? In 2018 ? I don’t know why he’s a politician ; it’s all self righteousness and sanctimonious rubbish ; man made rules that give men the air of superiority; we are all equal in the eyes of God ! and God help Nigeria if we have people like this man in the corridors of power.

If you think we are all equal then why can’t a woman pay a man pride package before wedding. If you think we are equal,why didn’t FIFA allowed a football team comprise of male and female playing together. I am not sure what point niyocrown is trying to make above; I don’t think we are all equal – I know we are all equal in Gods eyes for He is not a respecter of persons ; treating women as second class citizens or unclean people in the name of religion or anything else is WRONG; period ; paying the “pride package “ although I think my learned friend meant to say “bride” , is interesting ; women or men are not objects for sale ; it is these defined roles and stereotypes that’s part of the problem ; all man made “tradition “; this is not what God intended but we human beings know how to make rules to promote our selfish ends ; God help us all.
