Feb 7, 2018 – Nigerian Woman Sentenced To Death By Hanging For Killing Husband In Yenagoa Bayelsa State
The young woman whose story went viral shortly after she stabbed her husband to death at their residence in Bayelsa state back in 2015 has been sentenced to death.
Victoria Gagariga was on Tuesday sentenced to death by hanging by Justice Nayai Aganaba of the Bayelsa State High Court after she was found guilty of murder.
The deceased, Henry Gagariga who hails from Sagbama LGA of the state married Victoria legally in 2014 but their union didn’t produce any children before she killed him out of jealousy.
