Femi Aina, the father of Oreoluwa Aina, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member who tragically lost her life in a train and bus collision, is still grappling with the loss of his beloved daughter. Oreoluwa was just 28 years old when she passed away, and she had a bright future ahead of her.

In an interview, Femi Aina revealed that his daughter had been preparing to pursue a master’s degree in the United Kingdom (UK) after completing her service year. The tragic incident occurred when a Lagos State Government staff bus collided with a train in the PWD area of Lagos. The cause of the accident has been attributed to the recklessness of the BRT bus driver, who ignored a warning signal given by Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) flag officers.
