Pictured above is a bungalow built by now late Shadrach Adebayo Adeyi, the father of star footballer Emmanuel Seyi Adebayor in Igbaye town, Osun state before his death.
His kinsmen said Shadrach built the house when he was still living in Ghana.
A native of Igbaye, who worked as a Chief Nursing Officer at General Hospital Osogbo, Mr Oyetayo said the deceased never brought his children home. He was accused of shielding the children from the family.
Oyetayo said Shadrach’s children buried him in Togo and didn’t inform his extended family about his death.

Thats a typical example of a family that are divided against itself. I wonder why mr adebayor didnt contact his father’s people

Why should he contact his father’s people. Another set of wahala human beings. Let them come and ask him to build them mansion send them all o school and feed them till death depart them. the best way to our Africans is to avoid them and run away if one struggle to make it to a good life or else those disgruntle Africans will finish one.
I am example of one will never take my children home. Can only do if god directs.
Adebayor stay far and only go when God says yes. going is wahala to your life and finances. Those people will never be satisfy trust me.

I can’t blame the man for not exposing his children to his native people in Igbaye. If he had done that, Emma Adebayor might not have become what he is today. Anybody that carries a glory must be sheilded from family members because of witchcraft that is the tradition in Nigeria. Many glory had died because of ignorance.

I will never blame his father for doing that, reasons best known to him. Of what use is it to him if he rebuilt the house? Abegy, they should train their children too, instead of depending on Abebayor.
