Several shanty houses were destroyed in the early hours of Monday the 2nd of April when a mystery fire engulfed Ogogoro Village in Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos.
The inferno has left many shanty dwellers homeless.

Ogogoro village is a natural spot for fire. Why didn’t Ambode do something before it turn out this way

@JZee you are right. Ogogoro is highly inflammable.
Sad though, and I hope something is done to help the victims. Shanty structures notwithstanding, they were homes for their owners…. And a poor man’s hut is his palace.
