Pictured above is an unidentified mentally unstable woman arrested yesterday at Oshodi bus stop.
According to eyewitnesses, the lunatic who is suspected to be a kidnapper has been staying at the bus stop since 2014.
Nigeria Railway Corporation officials evacuated her yesterday while trying to renovate the bus stop but to their shock, they saw 25 different SIM cards, 2 ATM cards, different bank tellers and a working phone on her.
She has been handed over to police for investigation.
