The Cultist Who Killed A Retired Headmistress Still On The Run
Happy Agbagbayan, a notorious serial killer in Benin city Edo State is yet to be arrested. He has been on the run since he killed a newly retired headmistress Mrs Clara Nwaifo.

The late headmistress met her untimely death early last month when Happy Agbagbayan met her by the gate of her house and gave her a gun shot which led to her death.
He lives in this compound but he has not been found since.
Hope the police can catch up with him before he shed the blood of another innocent person.

Since the have located his domain, they police should drop an emergency mobile No. with all the residents in the residence for easy contact.
The vigilante group if any should be detailed to keep watch around the house in case he secretly come around at night when everybody might have slept off to collect anything from the house.
The idiot must be caught.
