August 19, 2014 –  Saidi Balogun In Debt After You And I Movie Got Pirated, Nollywood Producer Cries Out

Ex-hubby of popular Nollywood actress Fathia Williams, Saidi Balogun is not a happy man at the moment after his multi million naira movie ended up in the hands of movie pirates.

Saidi took to Facebook last week and cried out for help over his pirated movie.

You or I, a Nollywood movie he reportedly spent borrowed money on has been reproduced and is currently on sale on movie shelves across Nigeria without Saidi Balogun’s knowledge.

The veteran actor says he wonders how the movie pirates got hold of the movie, because he and the movie marketer were really cautious about every step they took.

Hear what the movie producer said:

“You or I’ has been pirated. I am in serious debt now. The marketer of the movie, Adikaz and I are confused at the moment because we’re yet to come to terms on how the evil deed was done despite being very careful. Those pirates have wrecked their havoc again. It’s painful, very sad. I am not happy at the moment. All my labour and resources have wasted.”

Those Alaba movie pirates must be dealt with. Most of them are eating where they didn’t sow. Very sad!!!
