A lady identified as Motosinoluwa got more than she bargained for recently in a Uber taxi in Somolu area of Lagos.
Motosinoluwa said the Uber driver simply identified as Olatunbosun pulled her hair, gave her a butt slap and twisted her finger after he dropped her halfway for complaining about the way he was driving.

Uber is gradually becoming a nightmare in Nigeria.
Most of these drivers are into robbery and all sorts of crime. It is high time Uber Nigeria act on this emerging threat.

They should change them the name sharp sharp..uber in developed nation are screened and background checks done..touts have taken over their steering ..reportedly weeks ago of stolen luggage,cash and valuables even kidnapping…do they hire any one who comes foward

I go jump bus go where i wan go. Reading stuffs like this about some Uber drivers scare me. I think some of them will use this to rob,kidnap, rape and even kill unsuspecting customers.so sad

Über prides itself on being able to trace and track their drivers…Or is Über Nigeria different? From the time the incident occurred and the location Über should be able to identify this staff and ensure he is handed over to the police for appropriate action. Otherwise start kissing your reputation and patronage “goodbye” in this country!
