2. Practice yoga because it is quite more effective than an antidepressant drug.
3. Engage in activities that will build your self-esteem.
4. Partake in exercise or physical activities.
5. Take natural herbs or supplements.
6. Keep a journal where you can express yourself.
7. Seek professional help.
8. Do activities that will take your mind away from depressing thoughts.

Depression hurts especially when am lonely

I kick off the thought by playing my favorite highlife oldies music and dance all by myself, to my satisfaction. I call it my own party time especially Friday evenings to usher in the weekend. I never give depression a foot hold in my life.
