We have censored her chest and face to protect her identity online.
A fan who sent us this picture late last night said it was taken from a village in Plateau state, Nigeria.
Early puberty in most girls starts at age 8 but her own is too early perhaps she is battling a form of medical condition or spiritual problem.

Let’s try to educate ourselves for a second. What happen to that little infant can happen in some certain circumstances and it is real. This is not a spiritual problem, it has to do with hormone abnormality. To go straight to the point, I’m positive that a certain additive especially in the baby formula or milk given to the little baby triggered the hormone responsible for the growth abnormality in that child. I get to know about this through a medical documentary and it happened to a Chinese family. The parents of this 5 year old baby went to the doctor for help. They told the Doctor about how their baby was growing into puberty at such tender age. She started developing breast even transiting to experience mensural cycle. It took some Doctor’s extensive research and proper diagnosis to discover that the milk they gave that little girl responsible for her growth abnormality. There was certain ingredient in that milk that doesn’t go along with that girl’s hormone.Guess what, as soon as they stop giving her that Milk, that abnormal growth stop. This prompt the Chinese government to ban that product. My advice to the mother of this baby is stop formula or milk given to this baby. Bottom to change her milk or try another food. Also we as Adult should be careful about what we eat. Some additive in our foods give birth to some certain cancers according to New England journal but the result is inconclusive one of the Doctors affirmed. As you know the western World idea, this has to be proved scientifically .

@ Jilo, you did well in throwing some light on the likely cause of this condition, however this is clearly a medical condition called Precocious Puberty and/or Peripheral Precocious Puberty, and are caused by a combination of events in the child’s system.
In rare cases, the following may cause central precocious puberty:
A tumor in the brain or spinal cord (central nervous system)
A defect in the brain present at birth, such as excess fluid buildup (hydrocephalus) or a noncancerous tumor (hamartoma)
Radiation to the brain or spinal cord
Injury to the brain or spinal cord
McCune-Albright syndrome — a genetic disease that affects bones and skin color and causes hormonal problems
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia — a group of genetic disorders involving abnormal hormone production by the adrenal glands
Hypothyroidism — a condition in which the thyroid gland doesn’t produce enough hormones
Peripheral precocious puberty
Estrogen or testosterone in your child’s body causes this type of precocious puberty.
The less common peripheral precocious puberty occurs without the involvement of the hormone in your brain (Gn-RH) that normally triggers the start of puberty. Instead, the cause is release of estrogen or testosterone into the body because of problems with the ovaries, testicles, adrenal glands or pituitary gland.
In both girls and boys, the following may lead to peripheral precocious puberty:
A tumor in the adrenal glands or in the pituitary gland that secretes estrogen or testosterone
McCune-Albright syndrome, a rare disorder that also affects the skin and bone
Exposure to external sources of estrogen or testosterone, such as creams or ointments
In girls, peripheral precocious puberty may also be associated with:
Ovarian cysts
Ovarian tumors
