Just a week ago she was walking up the aisle in front of a global audience of billions. But today, a dressed-down Duchess of Cambridgewas seen strolling down aisles of a local store as she does the weekly shop like any other housewife.
Dressed in a casual v-neck top and skinny jean, Kate Middleton pushed a trolley among dozens of shoppers at Waitrose on the island of Anglesey.
Onlookers watched as she filled several carrier bags and loaded them into the boot of her Audi A3 without the help of anyone.
A down-to-earth Kate smiled at locals as well as the photographer as she ‘skipped’ across the car park to return her empty trolley before driving back to the remote farmhouse that she shares with her new husband.
She is a very humble duchess.
