It’s quite terrible just how many Nigerian artistes, particularly the ladies among them, in their bid to accumulate more things than their married pals or co-workers, are often led into greater chaos. Many of them go as far as sleeping around for cash while many venture into borrowing. Not too long ago a few of them have been accused of defrauding people all in the name of getting money to really feel among. However in the case of Nollywood Actress Uche Ogbodo, the fair-skinned actress who shot to popularity for almost exposing her boobies in one of the photos she shot few months ago all in the name of gaining attention, differs from the well-known ones as it’s been uncovered she’s presently in the habit of purchasing things on credit.
Uche, we discovered, has been doing that for a while now, but it didn’t go down well with the owner of My Wardrobe and Accessories, a boutique situated on Toyin Street, Ikeja, where the actress went to book for a few Italian as well as American hand bags totaling well over N300,000, only for her to request for the residential address of the boutique’s owner, one Jennifer, with a promise to return and pick the merchandise at her home in Ajah area of Lagos later. She additionally promised she’d be coming with the money for the bags then.
The story however changed when Uche got to Jennifer’s house to pick the wares. Uche was said to have come up with a story that she was returning from somewhere which made it impossible for her to get money to pay for the goods. She again promised she’d pay the money the following day and Jennifer accepted the promise based on Uche’s status. Ever since then, that’s some months ago, she’s been attempting to get to the actress with no success. It was also reliably gathered that she has promised to disgrace the actress whenever or wherever she sets her eyes on her.
What a shame!
