There marriage is permissible under sharia law but directly in conflict with the federal law that ban any teenager from getting marrying under the age of eighteen. This is why we need to weigh our governmental laws whether they are effective enough to lead the country in the right direction. When we have a certain region of a country flagrantly violating the federal law on ( CHILD RIGHT ACT) all in the name of religious practises, then it becomes a problem. National law should supersede any other law in any given country, be it culture, tradition or religious. Those who are not of marriagable age (18) should be bar from getting marry going by our national law. What experience has that 15 year old child acquire that will equip her to successfully face the weighty task ahead of her? What experience does she have in order to build a happy family life and train up there prospective children? Absolutely none! Not to talk of the medical complication she may experience during pregnancy. This is why our national law has to be enforced. Law is there to protect lives and lead us in the right direction. In the absence of law, there would be chaos, consequences and untold sufferings on the part of people.

I personally don‘t have any biff with this marraige. At least this is far better than for a seventy (70) yrs old grandfather or ancestor to come for this innocent looking 15yr old damsel.
Problem is before this boy get to say 30 now, he would marry 3 more wives to make them 4 as their bondage of a religion permits.
I take a stroll…

Early marriage is far better than early flirting and sex which is common in the south
