3-Story Building Collapses in Ikoyi, Lagos

August 21, 2011 – Yet another story building has collapsed again in Lagos, this time a three story building in the Ikoyi area of the state.

According to eye witness the Association of Real Estate Developers of Nigeria, Lagos state chapter had fortunately given a quit notice to all occupants of the building because of its dilapidated nature.

In compliance with the notice, all occupants of the building had vacated the premises, however two people were said to be seriously wounded with one in critical condition.
