Baby Elephant Mourns Dead Mother As Lion Lies In Wait To Eat Her Corpse
May 2nd, 2013 – Baby Elephant Mourns Dead Mother As Lion Lies In Wait To Eat Her Corpse (Photo)
The above sad scene was recently spotted at Masai Mara park in Kenya.
The baby elephant was hitting her mother’s corpse with her trunk in an effort to get a response.
As time goes on, the baby elephant comes to term with the fact that her mother is dead.
She kept watching over her corpse for hours in Kenya’s Masai Mara park.
Can you see a lion hiding in the corner. Apparently he is waiting to prey on them.
LIFE LESSON:
Nobody knows your sorrow like you… When the unexpected happens, all we can do is to take heart and maintain courage.
