July 30, 2015 – Buhari Praises Catholic Priest Ejike Mbaka, Says He’s A Man Of Integrity

President Muhammadu Buhari has praised the “extraordinary intrepidity” and “remarkable patriotism” of Catholic Priest, Father Ejike Mbaka of the Enugu Adoration Centre.

In a statement issued by a Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in a tribute marking Mbaka’s 20th anniversary of priesthood, the president described the cleric as a great priest, who was not afraid to speak truth to power, even at the cost of his life or being hated by leaders in power.

According to Buhari, Mbaka is a remarkable example that religious leaders are the conscience and moral compass of the society.

He said Mbaka rose to the occasion to add his voice in support of good governance and identify with ordinary Nigerians of amid despair and uncertain future.

“one’s voice to make one’s country better has nothing to do with politics, conscience of the nation, religious leaders cannot afford to be aloof or indifferent to the miseries of the people”, he said

I wish you many more fruitful years in the Lord`s vineyard, my gallant priest, Fr Mbaka. Many Igbos hated him now because his December 31st, 2014 did not favor the man of their choice GEJ, but God is with you. You are hidden in Christ and Christ is hidden in God. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. The only mouth peice of our time. Soar and soar, the lord is your strength. long live Adoration Ministries Enugu Nigeria! God bless Nigeria!!!

So soon, has Buhari forgoten what T.B.Joshua did for him underground? When tbj called Jonathan on phone that he should conceed defeat to opposition as Jonathan would loose. I think Buhari should have started with tbj when the later was marking his birthday on June 12. Human beings shah. Buhari will later run to tbj later. We should remember Major Mustapha case. A don talk my own.
