Don’t Allow The Comfort Of Today To Snatch Tomorrow’s Success From You
Don’t Allow The Comfort Of Today To Snatch Tomorrow’s Success From You
Hey sweethearts, long time … How una dey.
I hope life is treating you nice anywhere you find yourself.
I sincerely want to appreciate everyone who prayed for me and wished me well during my ordeal in Motherland.
May God continue to protect you and your loved ones.
So am finally settling-in in my village.
The tour flesh is also healing nicely. I give praise to God.
A trend I noticed among my people here is complacency.
Some of our people are very satisfied where they are.
I don’t want to go into further so as not to step on toes.
If you find yourself in the same achievement scale you reached 3 years ago, you are too laid back. It is high time to get up and move forward.
Who told you where you are right now is your final bus stop.
For example if you have been a registered nurse for decades, it is high time you further your education and become a Nurse supervisor.
If you have been an office clerk for years, it is time to further your education and apply for supervisory and managerial positions… The list goes on and on….
Friends, you can do better by aiming for better things each and every day.
Don’t be too comfortable where you are so as not to miss out on tomorrow’s opportunity.
Our people back home are striving harder to succeed.
Most of our mates we left back home, have built an empire for themselves.
Let us all strive harder to succeed.
If you have succeeded in your career in one way or the other, aim for the next stage.
If you have worked for an employer for so long, it is high time to start exploring ways to start your own business.
If your life is all about living from paycheck to paycheck, it is time to do something fast.
You can never be rich by working for someone else, you are better off being an employer.
So don’t be too comfortable with the peanut your employer is paying you and stay there for life.
It is time to activate the creative genius in you and start exploring ways to use your talents to solve problems.
I wish you all the best in all your endeavours.
See you at the top.

As if you have a mirror to see my life.
I have been a RN for 10 years but still struggle to further my education. I will try hard this year

Yo my friend, didn’t I tell you Nigeria is not a motherland; it is a fatherland! Now I know that you’re few miles away from me but please stay away from fake pastors like: Joel Osteen, Dollar, Jakes and all others that preach prosperity all the time. Can someone tell me what happened to the proverbial butterfly that tried to leave it comfort zone in the imitation of a bird? Sir/Ma, respect your limitations, moving up the ladder is lovely, but you must know the pros and cons of every step extensively. Yoruba folks will say okele gbigbe ati alafia is paramount (peaceful cheap meal is better than the ones that come with uncertain consequences).
