In this prison, each of the prisoners eats as if they’re from a royal family.
On a typical afternoon, they serve them with homemade Orange sorbet and slices of tropical fruits.
The guards are not allowed to maltreat them. They get frequent medical checkup as Doctors, dentists, gynecologist and many healthcare practitioners are always around for them.
They learn to play musical instruments and record their own songs.
They are also allowed to take part in Norway’s version of American Idol.
The only downside is that they are only allowed to stay here for a minimum of 3 months.

That’s exactly what I thought. If someone doesn’t have a job and needs five star accommodation and feeding, all they need to do is commit a crime and they get back into the luxury of having this star treatment.

No matter how “Royal” they are being treated, it can never equate FREEDOM!!! This is a very welcoming aproach by the government of Norway, they Understand that there is nothing as painful as having no freedom and they are trying their best to help these guys out – after all, they are still human……

Norway is one of the top richest countries with good life expectancy. The people are already used to living comfortably, the prison conditions is just an extension of how they live. So I don’t think its a new thing to them to be treated as kings even while in prison, though the only pain they will be going through will be “freedom”. Unlike here in African where even with freedom one cannot get access to such life. There is hope for Africa and that hope is God
