Of a fact I know she is lying. Now that she has called cancer on herself, it is surely coming. Let her go to the dungeon, it will catch up with her.

This will be a great slap to the widow, orphans, and grieving parents of the late Dr. Giwa. It will amount to great injustice, and a shame of a nation where lives of less privelege people in Nigerian justice system doesn’t matter in the face of money, influence, political connection and fame.

First, Lagos Court of Appeal should release to the public and the world the list of other Nigerians that have received or granted similar bail based on their illnesses like the Rockstar-Ms. Ibinabo Fiberesima within 48 hours. Secondly, the Court of Appeal must also release to Nigerian public the medical records of Ms. Ibinabo cancer treatment with the date, and names of various hospitals and medical tests. This is really sad because days before she was sentenced to five years in prison for killing a medical doctor, this blog and other social media show Ms. Ibinabo dancing Sockey dance in one lavish party in Lagos. Just suddenly, we were told that she has bread cancer, and she have to receive treatments. Naija, there is God o.

I can’t imagine the humiliation and pains that families of late doctor are currently going through from Nigerian corrupt judiciary system. We deserve to know the truth in this matter. If the Lagos state Court of Appeal couldn’t come up with those two mentioned evidence for releasing a killer back to the society, then it shows that anyone can be kill like goat on Nigerian bloody streets by weathly millionaire, famous actors or actresses, by one criminal politicians, by powerful kings, and get away with the murder. I hereby call on all Nigerian Human rights lawyers and activists to get to the bottom of this sudden release of Ms. Ibinabo. What a shame!

@Omokehinde l know that Ibinabo did not manage this issue well but then I don’t think any human being that has blood running on his or her vein can lie using such deadly sickness ” cancer” .

The way most of comments in this place is not helping at all. If the family of late doctor Giwa continue reading it,it might provoke them to do something ungodly to Ibinabo.

So lets pray for the family of late doctor Giwa for grace to bear the lost and also live judgement for God regards to Ibinabo behaviour.

@Sunny and mercy, so if a drunken driver killed one of your beloved family members like your father, mother, sister, brother, son, or daughter for ten years without justice, you will be happy that the killer and her supporters are calling you yeye just the same day the killegal is release from prison. You said is there is anyone of them have haven’t committed sin, let me tell you the real yeye here the basic truth, Dr. Giwa’s death would have been avoided if your superstar wasn’t seriously drunk on the day of the incident. And that yeye and heartless mercy said that they can’t do anything about her realize from prison. I want to believe that your name is not “mercy” but “wickedness or heartless”. And as for yeye Sunny, your name should be “darkness or Darky”. Wish your family the same calamity Ms. Ibinabo brought upon Dr. Giwa’s widow, his fatherless children, and his grieving parents. Truly, yeye dey smell.

Dont u know there are 100s of people who committed the same act Ibinabo committed? and till today from 10yrs back they are still serving, why?? coz they know nobody.
@mercy and sunny, If na your family she killed, by now i know for sure u would have been crying and shouting that the law is not good

The law in Nigeria is skewed to favor rich and influential people. Very unfortunate. Some people don’t remember there is God.

Pls tamper justice with mercy, the death cannot be reversed, though very painful, am sure she must have learnt her lessons. Let’s not crucify her for none is perfect.

Omokehinde, I want you to know and understand that there is nothing like Law in this country.

The only people the so called Law are meant for are the poor people without any connection.

I really feel bad how this drunkard proud killer of a woman is effortlessly escaping justice. This is why at times people tend to apply jungle justice bcos of lack of judicial justice.

I suspect the fingers of some top political figures in this development who would by all means want to remain annonymous.

One thing I dont understand is, what this killer is to them that has beclouded all concern towards the widow and children of the late Dr. Giwa.

Iby claimed she has cancer right? Thats ok, so shall it be. And to all the underground actors in power that effected the release of this proud unremorseful murderer, may the 10th plague of Egypt visit them all without fail, so that they will know how it feels to loose someone of blood related.
    D Hunter.

And I almost thought that at last, the judiciary is the hope of the common man. I have never heard before that a convicted person, already serving sentence, is released on bail. The Giwa’s, as well as every other common man, have been mocked.

@ zainub,am surprised you can reason like this..the court cannot grant her bail on medical reason without first examining her claim. And this will be done by their own Doctor.

but l believe killing of that DR. was an accident not intentional, we should not judge it that way.

yes she knows influential people, but so far that she’s attached what is not to herself(breast cancer), dat is what is going to kill her because nobody send her message dat night she got drunk and kill innocent DR, who’s on duty.
may almighty judge all dis judges dat granted her bail based on d false story dat she’s suffering from cancer.
    there’s GOD OOOO.

It’s ridiculous Ibinabo didn’t have breast cancer before she was sentenced. Though I pity her a little, this thing happened many years ago and she has already been made to suffer for the sin, if you have been following the story. If she’s one of your own what would you say.
Please leave Ibinabo alone with her cross, don’t make things harder for her.
The case is about manslaughter not murder, what she has been through since the time she committed the offense has been worse than serving a jail term. She should be released after 2yrs.
To be honest I don’t know her from Adam.

For those of you that is wishing the cancer to kill her, you should also consider yourselves as muderers too.. Because you have killed her with your tongues.. Cancer is a very terrible disease for anyone to lie with.. Even someone With HIV got more chance to live.. And I’m pretty sure that they provided her medical documents before they decieded to grant her bail.. Yes she committed anbad offence.. But as a Human with this terrible disease, it’s fair to get treatment .. And if she lied about it, let God take control of it…
Someone of you here, have gone to the native doctor to kill or make some of your relative useless..
All of You have sinned.. So search yourselves very well before casting your stone on her..
Be good and be kind to one another..
