Are the rich different from throwing litters? The drains are all blocked. They throw litters in drains just the same same like the poor. The money they pay for services is hell. Very soon it wil be like Beech land estate where all maintenance failed.
Also where will the water go. Built drains in Lagos and Nigeria have no directions for water to drains.
