I am a 21year old final year student of the University of Jos.
I’ve been a sweet dude all my life. I’m 5.9′ and have been subjected to being GAY. I’m manly but I still don’t understand my feelings to have affinity for guys like me. With all my knowledge as a pharmacist, I’ve been striving so hard to unravel the mystery of my feelings. Although I can’t trace my feelings to being genetic but I just found out recently that my closest cousin is gay..
I was shocked, words alone couldn’t explain how I felt. My question is this – how can I change and become straight? How can I keep my male lascivious attitude? How can I be different and also help my 22 year old cousin? Because since my cousin actually told me about his feelings I’ve been restless.
Please friends, let’s help out this guy who is tired of his homosexual lifestyle.

You weren’t born gay and the best thing u can do right now is to change your association.
Start hanging out with girls and get a girlfriend who cares for your.
if u are shy, get our friends to toast a girl for you.
When you see men, run to avoid temptation. Also pray to God for guidance.

Avoid company of gay men, avoid loneliness, read religion books, make friends with pious men, control your thoughts, make worship place your second home and finally be wholeheartedly prayerful. May Allah guide and guard you.

Good thing that you speak up Emma. The fact that you recognize being gay is wrong, this alone is freedom of thought. Here is my personal advise. I dont think going for counseling will work because mainstream society is see Homo as new normal. Counseling will not work unless you change yourself.
First all, change your environment(even if you have to live in slum). Change your company (clearly your present company is not helpful). Make sincere tauba (repentance) to God, whatever your concept of God is. See if you can marry. Being in Uni doesn’t mean you cant marry. Get married. Stay close to righteous men and woman. It doesn’t seem you are a Muslim if not I would have advise you to attend lectures constantly. But you can always do that if you are christian. Just be careful the church you go to is not homosexual friendly. Remember Islam and Muslims have zero tolerant for homosexual practices.

Hello Emma, as you have made up your mind to come out from this evil practice the good lord will see u through, you need to look for a bible believing church around you where you will be delivered and you will continue worshiping with them by hearing the undiluted word of God your life will never remain the same, if you don’t know any i recommend (The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement) for you because of testimonies of gay people confessing that the evil spirit that is making them to be practicing gay have left them, may the good lord help you out as you have taken this bold step of coming out of bondage of Satan.

You’ve already takent the wrong turn bro. The next thing now is, you’ll start pretending to be straight and going out with ladies. Then you’ll be miserable for a long time. Then you’ll begin to consider suicide, or if you’re married, you’d be cheating on your wife. You want my advice? It’s far much easier to learn to accept yourself for who you are. Once you no longer see yourself as abnormal, you’ll find it’s quite easy to relate with God and be gay.
I also want you to know that being gay is not the same as having sex with guys. You want to stop having sex? Kneel down in prayer. Shun all sex with both gender. You want to stop being gay? You can’t. You can only choose to sleep with ladies, which does not unmake your being gay.
To cut the long story short, try to know the difference between, ‘To be’, ‘To do’ and ‘To have’. And the verbs under each category
