Feb 7, 2018 – Nollywood Actor Hon Armstrong Moses Colleagues Mourn As Wife , Rita Armstrong Dies Of Spinal Chord Injury After AKTC Bus Crash

Nollywood actress Rita Armstrong, the wife of actor turned Hon. Moses Armstrong died in a fatal accident on Lagos Benin Ore expressway over the weekend.

Her death really shocked her friends and her husband’s colleagues as she was a loving person in her lifetime.

Here are some touching tributes they wrote for her on the social media:

“God knew why he called you out. I learnt your spinal chord was damaged in the course of the accident that is termed “mysterious” from an eye witness report. If you had survived, you would have lived a misery life, may be that’s why God called you out. As a loving God that He is, He chose to call you to eternity than let you suffer in this wicked world.
On if Señorita was murdered, my take is yes. She was used as a sacrificial lamb for someone’s promotion. But I know God is alive and He knows everything about her death. I am praying and I know He answers prayers. Whoever killed her would never get away with it. The end of such a person would be worse than that of Señorita. Mark my words.

I find it so difficult to believe you passed away,am still in shock ever since the day I heard of your departure from this world. You called me last week,we couldn’t talk for long on the phone because I was at work so I promised to call you last weekend. On Saturday morning I called you,your phone rang and no one picked up,little did I know something was wrong because it was that same evening I heard you passed away. Mrs Armstrong to say you were humble would be an understatement, you were so industrious, purpose driven and also a goal getter. I feel so honored to call you a friend. You were one of the few friends I made in catering school that made my learning worth the while. I’ll miss you.
All of the students of catering and hotel management of 2017 set at WAPA will miss you too.

We often say that the hour of death cannot be forecast. When we say this we imagine this hour would be in a distant future. We never thought we would be thinking about Rita Armstrong as a memory.

Yes, it came way too soon and as a shock and still feels a bit unreal.

We all have different memories of Senorita but one thing they all have in common is her humility and respect for persons of all age, whether young or old.

I learnt you went through so much in the past year, things that would have broken a lot of people but you never. You carried on gracefully because you knew you had to be strong for your husband, kids, friends/fans.
As for Mr Armstrong Moses, please take heart; I pray God give you the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost!
Although you will be greatly missed, You will always be remembered as a colleague, friend, sister and a very resilient woman with strong ethics.
