One of the young Nigerian trailblazers making waves in the United States has been identified as New York-based Jude Okonkwo.

The 17-year-old teenager who recently self published his own book, “A Journey Through Poetry” has been accepted into all eight Ivy League schools.

In a recent interview with WCBS 880, the student of Chaminade High School in New York said he recently received acceptance letters to Yale, Princeton, Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia Varsity, Dartmouth College, Cornell University and Brown University.

Due to his childhood dream of becoming a doctor, Jude Okonkwo is leaning towards Harvard.
