Meet Muhammad Auwal, an unemployed orphan who reportedly trekked for 4 days from his base in Hadejia to Dutse to meet Governor Sule Lamido.
Auwal walked over 200 kilometers just to congratulate the governor.
He got a brown envelope and one week stay at a luxury hotel in the state.
