Yomi Fash Lanso: Why I Resign From My Job As A Banker

June 26, 2016 – Yomi Fash Lanso: Why I Quit My Banking Job For Nollywood

In a recent chat with Naij, popular Nollywood actor Yomi Fash Lanso revealed why he quit his full time banking job for acting.

See excerpt:

You left the banking industry for Nollywood, why?

I left banking for the passion and love I have for filmmaking though at that time I wasn’t ready to come into the industry. I’ll say that my leaving banking job then was due to the fact that I love freedom. I want to do things at my own pace and time. I really don’t like the regular routine. I was told my boss then held on to my resignation letter for three months telling his secretary that I’ll change my mind (laughter). Oga mi o mo mi rara‎ (my boss does not know me well enough).
