Dr May Nzeribe, the former chairman of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, APCON is dead. naijagists.com

May Nzeribe passed away few days ago in the UK after a prolonged battle with prostate cancer.

The civil war veteran who is the brain behind APCON died in London while receiving treatment for prostate cancer.

According to a source, Dr May Nzeribe was rushed abroad in October for an aggressive cancer treatment after publishing his book titled: “Advertising Ethics and Regulation in Nigeria: The Challenges.

He was the founder and the owner of Sunrise D’Arcy, a top Nigerian advertising firm.

The late Nzeribe also served as a major in the Biafran Army and an Aide-de-Camp to Biafran Head of State, Col. Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu.
