I woke up this morning feeling like mashed potatoes and during my usually morning meditation time, I discovered that I read a very insulting message before going to bed last night and my unconscious mind has registered it.

The fact still remains that everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. Whether you like it or not, people will talk about you.

The only person that is exempted from People’s opinions is the dead.

So wherever you are in the ladder of success or whatever stage you are in life, you need to realise that folks who are jealous of you will say whatever come to their mind to get you down. Get used to the habit of dusting them off.

According to a research, people who battled depression have suffered bullying one way or the other and they find it hard to let go.

You need to keep in mind that people’s opinion is like an emotional baggage that often captives our ability to move on in life.

As we all know, you need emotion for action and you need action to move forward in life.

Just like me, whenever you feel threatened by what others will say or are saying about you, just relax and brush them aside.

Never allow people’s opinions to stop you from achieving your destiny.
