The Oyo State Government yesterday confirmed the dismissal of 662 civil servants who used forged WAEC Certificates to secure employment.

In a press briefing yesterday, Soji Eniade, the Head of Service said 2021 ghost workers and pensioners were removed from the state’s payroll.

He added that 684 civil servants were not found at their duty posts during the last physical verification in the state.
