Oct 27, 2016 – Appeal Court Justice Aboki Dismisses Saraki’s Appeal, Says CCT Has Power To Try Him
The Court of Appeal in Abuja today dismissed Senate President Bukola Saraki’s appeal to get CCT off his case.
The Justice panel led by Abdul Aboki affirmed this morning that the Code of Conduct Bureau has power to try Saraki.
The Court of Appeal had last year ruled against Saraki on the jurisdiction of the CCT and asked him to proceed to face the 16 counts preferred against him.

I beg, this should not be man hurt on saraki against DSS raid on judges because country is hoter than fire now, every nigerian should becareful not to enter judges trap now or else one will rotten in reminde (semi-prison) for years before sentence.

Saraki is having an easy ride on our justice system and taken Ngerians for a fool…. Is it not the right time to ask him to stand down and save our country from a global shame.
