Jan 12, 2015 – Baga Attack: Uche Jombo Urges Nigerian Leaders To Forget Politics & Focus On Protecting Lives

She may be far away from Nigeria but her heart is still with her country of birth.

Nollywood actress Uche Jombo who is now with her husband in the United States of America has joined her colleagues like Genevieve, Omotola and others calling for peace to reign in Nigeria.

Mrs Jombo is very worried about the current attack claiming the lives of our men in Uniform in Baga Borno state. She questions when Nigeria became a country where lives does not matter to anyone.

“What about security? When did we become this nation where lives don’t matter? Nigeria deserves better #IamBaga #PrayForNigeria #prayForPeace. weAreNigerians let’s NOT become D nation international community has 2 push b/4 we take care of our domestic matters. “Let’s leave politics for now and focus on Nigerian lives #PrayForNigeria.”

“Sad at the senseless attack on the people of baga. Nigerians must stand together to condemn these acts.we deserve SECURITY #prayForNigeria”

No doubt Nigerian President is more worried about his occupancy of Aso Rock than the safety of Nigerians.

He is busy setting up big rallies for his 2nd term across the country while Boko Haram is battling our military men in Borno.

Nigeria has never experienced this kind bloodshed and unrest before.

We wish every Nigerians will vote wisely come February 14, 2015 and may God never allow the desperados in power to rig the election in their favour.

I’m a Zambian situated in the southern part of Africa, but I can not enjoy life even if my country is at peace because my fellow Africans in west Africa are dying like flies. Why?

Nigerians please stop corruption and vote wisely on the 14th of February 2015.

Let me guide your vote. Vote for Mr Buhari, Jonathan has failed you.

Boko Haram is still killing you like rats and you still can’t see this.

Open your eyes and vote wisely.

Folks, the President does not have a clue of what is required to render the country safe. He seems more interested in winning re-election than coming up with a sound plan to defeat the “hooligans.’ According to reports, he has moved his children to London, England, and has embarked on a campaign to use rice to buy votes. And what of the schoolgirls who have been kidnapped? What measures are underway to secure their release?

Nigerians should not vote for a President who seem unfit to rule. Why has he not declared martial law and take the fight to the hooligans? If the Nigerian army cannot do the job alone, help should be obtained from its neighbours. Nigeria needs a a real President!

Is this actress okay? What is politics? Life itself is politics. Nollywood that she belongs to is politics. Politics is needed to secure Nigerians. Boko Haram is politics. Politics is the ingredient needed to eradicate it for our peace.
