Feb 27, 2017 – Bola Tinubu Speaks On Buhari’s Ill Health: PMB Is Alive & Well, He Can’t Return Now

Speaking during Friday’s inauguration of Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu as governor of Ondo State, Tinubu said Buhari has been very honest in disclosing that he needs medical attention.

“An honest man disclosed to you that he is going on leave, he is going to have a medical check-up, he has disclosed that he needed more time. “He has told you, he has told us honestly that he needed medical attention.

What his doctors will discuss after that is subject to experts who should not be discussed until he is ready to disclose it.

He told us that he cannot return now, what else do you want him to do? “Only God gives life, and only God can take it. The man that I have seen is well, alive. We should promote welfare, praying for the well-being of our leaders”.

  1. You people should try and respect Nigerians,i mean the masses..if he is as you said, why can’t he address Nigerians? Let him honorably resign than making fool of Nigeria as a country.

I have to be honest with all of you…one of the main reasons anybody holding the green passport as a Nigerian is not respected anywhere in the World is because of these our so called politicians/Nigeria leaders…President of a country will go to another man’s land for medical issues, while the same country used billion of dollars to renovate her own presidential hospital…Nigeria is completely a zoo, Nnamdi Kalu, you are very right..

  2. Bola Tinubu, FYI anyone “alive, well and cannot return now” is sick and most likely has a terminal illness. You stupid politicians should stop playing on Nigerian intelligence. Muhammad Buhari has very serious health concerns. It’s obvious. If he returns to Nigeria now, he will not live long. Buhari, resign from your job and take care of your health. If you die, Nigerians will move on. Holding on to power for Hausa/Fulani because a Yoruba man will become president is nothing anyone can change. The Nigerian constitution states a Vice President becomes president if president cannot remain as president for whatever the reason. I see a repeat of Yaradua/Jonathan scenario.

  3. Nigeria has become the largest zoo in the world where the politicians take the citizens for a ride. Mr. president please your health is more important than any office (political or not). Step down and let the vice president Osinbajo take full control. As learnt from the grapevine, it is the Fulani and Hausa people in the inner circle that are preventing this from happening. This issue of “the president must come from the North” is the main reason the country is not moving forward. They must do away with this antiquated mind set. If the center is made to be weak where the states are made to develop at their own pace and manage their resources but contribute to the center for defense and international affairs, believe me they will stop clamoring for “THE PRESIDENT MUST COME FROM THE NORTH”. But because the center controls everything, that is why want to be the president all the time because they get all they wants without question.
