Popular Nollywood actress Bukky Wright’s second marriage to a New Jersey-based socialite Adewale Onitiri has crashed.
The 4-year-old marriage has ended on the ground of mistrust and infidelity.
The crack in the marriage became apparent when Bukky returned to Nigeria after her marriage to continue with her acting career and business.
Adewale Onitiri whose first wife died of cancer few years ago stayed back in Trenton, NJ where he got married to Bukky Wright to take care of the children from his first marriage.
The trouble started when Mr Onitiri came to Nigeria unannounced on a fateful night only to discover his wife who claimed she’s at home was missing in his Ajah Lagos home.
With other unconfirmed tales of his wife’s alleged escapades in the country while he was in America, Mr. Onitiri was said to have been angry and requested she leave the couple’s Ajah, Lagos home.
As at the time of this report, Bukky Wright has left Onitiri’s mansion in Ajah to an undisclosed location.
He has removed all Bukky Wright’s photos from his Facebook Page as he showered praises on his late wife.
Late Adebisi Onitiri
Onitiri studied at East Texas University and was earlier married to Adebisi, who died from a cancer-related illness. Their union produced four kids.

Onitiri’s former wife Adebisi is by far more beautiful than Bukky Wright in any measure of assessment. Onitiri made a mistake trying to get an equally good looking lady to replace Adebisi, he got it all wrong getting attracted to fair-skinned Bukky, he couldn’t bring himself to look further than fair-skinned individual in Bukky and to realise that if Bukky were endowed with black skin pigmentation; she will attract not many men any serious attention. The Yoruba old adage cannot be totally wrong in the case of Bukky, that says “Obirin gbogbo aiye l’obirin pupa” meaning: Every man loves to have a fairlady. Onitiri should have been guided not by this adage only, but by the marital history of Bukky Wright and why with her look had to abandon her first marriage. Its unfortunate Bukky Wright has failed to realise most men that take her to bed simply just wants to satisfy their fantasy of how she tastes “down there”, such men will never tolerate her as a wife under their roof for half a day but are prepared to pay to satisfy their fantasy. Its a sad story Bukky is living the Yoruba adage, very sad indeed.
