July 14, 2015 – Christ Embassy Workers Protest Unpaid Salaries In Lagos, Blame Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka For Refusing To Approve Arrears Payment
Employees of Infinity Media, a Christ Embassy-owned firm will on Thursday take to the streets of Lagos to disgrace the ministry for refusing to pay their arrears.
The workers are blaming a particular Pastor in the church, Ifeoma Chiemeka for playing politics with their salaries.
Ifeoma was accused of holding payment even after the church founder, Chris Oyakhilome gave her a go ahead to release the funds.
The workers plan to carry out the demonstration on Thursday around 9:30am.
Chris Oyakhilome who left Nigeria for South Africa few years ago has reportedly lost touch with what is happening on ground.
Whispering birds inside the ministry alleged that some top leaders in Nigeria are not telling him the truth on the worsening situation of CEC churches in Nigeria.
May God give him wisdom to make right choices.
