Court Banned AIT From Airing Tinubu’s Documentary

March 16, 2015 – Court Stops AIT From Broadcasting Tinubu’s Documentary

An Ikeja Lagos High Court on Monday granted an order restraining Africa Independent Television AIT from broadcasting a damaging documentary titled  ‘Lion of Bourdillion’ against APC leader, Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Justice Iyabo Akinkugbe this morning said: “The defendant is hereby restrained from further airing, publishing or disseminating broadcasting the documentary “Lion of Bourdilion”, pending the determination of the interlocutory application.”

The case was adjourned to March 20 for further argument.
